May Gathering – Venue & Event Terms & Conditions
Tickets:
Tickets are limited in number, sold on a first come basis and are expected to sell out.
On arrival, ticket confirmation/receipt must be exchanged for a non-transferable wristband which must be worn at all times to gain access to evening concerts and the campsite.
It is advisable to make advanced bookings – details to be found on this website. In the unlikely event that weekend tickets do not sell out, 1 day tickets will be made available closer to the event.
Weekend tickets cover all programmed events although “earlybird” weekend tickets will be available.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be given consideration on written request up to 8 weeks before the start of the event and will be subject to a 50% administration charge. If wristbands are lost, there can be no replacement.
Camping:
Camping at the Green Dragon Inn will only be available to ticket holders, booked artists and traders from 48 hours before the event. The cost of camping (where relevant) is per person and must be booked at the time of ordering and paying for your tickets.
Space is limited and will be offered on a first come basis.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs will be welcome at the May Gathering but owners are requested to keep pets under control and clear up after them at all times.
Car Parking:
It is hoped that carparking will be available close by – further details to follow.
No Liability:
The Hardraw Gathering and the Green Dragon Inn can accept no liability for loss or damage to yourself, your personal property or possessions, however caused.
Disabled Customers:
All activities associated with the Gathering will take place on the ground floor of the Green Dragon Inn or in the grounds. The extreme age of the property however means that there are minor variations in floor level between some rooms and the floors in places are uneven.
Artists:
Although every effort will be made to carry out the programmes as published, the Gathering cannot guarantee that the artists named on the website will perform at any particular time. The organisers reserve the right to present alternative performers and realign running orders should unforeseen situations develop.
